Are you tired of stiffening up before you get your first shift? Why not try "the stretch"
Here's a tip from fitness guru Curly Mondok:
"Touch your toes before going on the ice. It's called stretching!"
Simply bend over from the waste and try to touch your toes.
That cracking noise in your back is made by something called "muscles" Remember them?
If it persists, stop immediately and have a beer.
